Let me tell you a story that lives rent-free in my head...

Imagine if KSI never uploaded his first video because he was scared of what people would say.

Imagine if Harry (wroetoshaw) kept his personality hidden because he was too embarrassed.

Today?

These boys and The Sidemen have uploaded thousands of videos, reached over 250 million people, and built empire after empire – Sides, XIX Vodka, Side+.

But it all started with one terrifying moment: hitting 'upload' for the first time.

Here's my own ‘embarrassing’ story:

At 19, I launched my own Gen Z agency.

Every single day, I'd write blogs, post on Instagram, share updates on Facebook.

Was it exposing? Yes.

Did my friends probably think I was weird? Absolutely.

Did some people laugh? 100%.

But you know what, those "cringe" posts?

They got me noticed.

And they got me hired as Chief Creative Officer at YMU at age 20.

The stuff I was most scared of sharing literally changed my life.

Here's what I've learned:

The Creator Mindset is being scared and doing it anyway.

• Everyone started with zero followers

• Everyone's first post was "cringe"

• Everyone felt exposed at the start

But the ones who win?

They post anyway.

Right now, there's something you want to create.

A post you want to share.

A project you want to launch.

A video you want to film.

It's sitting there in your drafts, or worse – just in your head.

And you're waiting for...

The perfect moment?

When you're "ready"?

When people won't judge?

That moment never comes.

Here's your permission slip:

Post it.

Launch it.

Share it.

Start it.

Do it for you.

Because here's the truth: The more you put yourself out there, the more opportunities come to you.

That's not just some motivational BS.

That's literally how every success story starts.
