Refreshing your analytics like it's a dating app?
Whether you're selling courses, consulting, physical products, whatever - building an actual community around your thing is 100x more valuable than just collecting random followers who forget about you the second they scroll past.
And honestly?
It's way more fulfilling too.
Too many people are obsessed with growing their audience numbers when they should be focused on deepening the relationship with the people who are already paying attention.
Think about it for a sec, would you rather have 100,000 followers who barely remember who you are, or 1,000 people who LOVE what you do and tell everyone they know about it?
It's not even close.
Seen this play out sooooo many times.
The moment someone shifts from "how do I get more followers" to "how do I better serve the people who already follow me" - they win.
Their content gets better.
Their offers convert higher.
Their business becomes more stable.
And most importantly - they actually start ENJOYING the process again.
It's like this massive weight lifted off your shoulders.
You're no longer competing with everyone on the internet.
You're just focused on being insanely valuable to a specific group of people who get what you're about.
I was watching one of our community members share a win in our WhatsApp group last week.
They'd launched a digital product to under 200 people on their email list but made MORE than someone else I know who recently launched to well over 20,000.
The difference?
It was just... relationships.
I think the lesson is clear.
Speaking of communities ;)
Today’s Power Hour with Joe Lamb was RIDICULOUS (in the best way).
Joe works with us over at Arcade as our Commercial Lead.
The guy is just a walking brand partnership encyclopaedia.
And we're keeping the good stuff coming next week with the co-founder of Hot Desk jumping on for a LinkedIn personal branding masterclass.
He’s going to break down how to actually position yourself properly to attract opportunities rather than constantly chasing people.
Perfect timing with LinkedIn becoming such a goldmine lately if you know how to use it right.
Look, I genuinely believe this community-first approach is THE way to grow in 2025 and beyond.
It's never been about reaching everyone.
It's about mattering deeply to someone.
So if you want to learn from me and my team on how to do it, come join us already!!
Remember, the creator mindset is all you need to grow 🌱
