Looking back, looking forward, feeling grateful
Looking back at 2024, I can't help but smile at how much has happened.
The headline moments were wild - we put the Sidemen on Netflix (still feels surreal saying that), raised £2.4M with our charity match, and watched our businesses grow in ways I couldn't have imagined.
Even got to speak at Adweek again, though public speaking still makes my hands shake every time.
But a personal highlight was starting this newsletter.
Whether you were here for our first email or joined last week, your responses, your stories, your questions - they've shown me there's a whole community of people who see what I see:
That the creator mindset changes everything.
While I’ve been sharing these insights in the newsletter, I've actually been working on something else.
Something that puts everything we talk about into practice.
On January 6th, I’m launching the complete Think Like A Creator community.
I say ‘complete’ as it’s actually been running for the past few weeks with 30 incredible beta testers.
People from all different backgrounds - business owners, creators, professionals looking to think differently.
Watching this small group come together has honestly blown me away.
The conversations in our power hours, the connections being made, the way everyone supports each other's journey - it's exactly what I hoped this community could be.
What I've learned from our beta period is that this isn't solely about the framework or the strategies (though those are crucial).
It's having people around you who think differently. Who see opportunities where others see obstacles. Who understand what it means to think like a creator.
That's why I'm so excited to fully open the doors on January 6th.
I've broken the community down into six levels that I've seen work time and time again:

This is the exact process I use with the creators I manage.
