200K views in 72 hours with zero ad spend?
So a HR software company is absolutely killing it on YouTube.
And I had to share it with you all because it's exactly what I've been banging on about for years.
So there's this founder, Ryan Hashemi, who runs an agency called Snowball.
If you don't know Ryan, he's the guy who helped build Jubilee Media - they went from nothing to 14 million subscribers and about 5 billion views.

His agency just posted about how they helped an HR tech company go viral on YouTube.
200K views in 72 hours after posting, and it’s apparently heading for a million.

Now HR tech has to be up there with the most boring industries on the planet.
No offense to anyone in HR!
But you know what I mean.
So to hit these numbers with zero pounds spent on ads is wild work.
This is all organic reach.
Just by making content people actually want to watch.
And it's not just empty views - they picked up 1,000 new subscribers from this one video.
While every other HR software company is more than likely posting product demos to an audience of precisely nobody, these guys are out here starting to build a real following.
This is exactly what I mean when I talk about thinking like a creator to grow your business faster.
I see this all the time with the companies I advise.
They approach content completely backwards.
They start with "what do we want to say about our product?" instead of "what would our audience actually enjoy watching?"
The businesses that are smashing it right now understand a simple truth:
At your top of funnel - nobody really cares about your product features.
They care about being entertained or educated.
And yet 99% of businesses are doing the exact opposite.
They're making content THEY want to make, not content their audience wants to consume.
If you're running a business - literally any kind of business - and you're not thinking about this, you're leaving an absurd amount of growth on the table.
That's what Ryan and Snowball are helping Nectar do, just by following a simple the formula:
Make stuff people actually want to watch × Keep them watching = Business Growth
That's literally it.
It's not complicated, it's just hard because most businesses don't want to put their ego aside and accept that people probably don't want to watch their "Q2 product update."
I'm absolutely buzzing about what's possible right now for businesses that are willing to think differently.
Let this HR company be a lesson.
If they can do it, literally anyone can.
So the question is: what's stopping YOU from doing the same?
